All 9 entries (3 states x 3 categories) are sourced: Illinois's property tax exemption traces to the actual statute (35 ILCS 200/15-169) via the Illinois Department of Revenue and county assessor offices; Texas and Illinois hunting/fishing license entries are sourced directly from Texas Parks & Wildlife and Illinois DNR respectively; Florida's three categories and the remaining Texas/Illinois entries are sourced from official state agency pages and consistent veteran-benefits references. See each entry's source note. Still worth a final pass against the primary statute/agency page immediately before relying on it, since policy details change.

This directory deliberately does not cover VA home loans. That vertical carries RESPA and VA-affiliation compliance rules (restrictions on referral fees, and on implying VA endorsement) that add real regulatory risk for a first project - state benefits (property tax, education, recreation) don't carry that same exposure.
